Juniper Refurbished Switches

Our refurbished Juniper switches cover office, campus, and data center networks, and every unit is tested and ready to ship. The range includes EX managed switches with and without PoE, compact fanless models for offices, and QFX switches for the data center. Every Juniper network switch runs Junos OS, so a refurbished unit fits straight into the configuration and tools you already use.

Every switch is inspected and tested before shipping under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Orders ship from our warehouse in Denmark — with express delivery, your order will be delivered within 1–2 working days.

Refurbished Juniper EX Access Switches

EX access switches connect users and devices at the edge, with Gigabit ports and 10GbE uplinks to the core. PoE models power phones, access points, and cameras straight from the switch, and multigigabit versions are built for Wi-Fi 6 access points. Compact fanless models run silently in offices and classrooms outside the server room.

Refurbished Juniper EX Aggregation and Core Switches

Higher up in the network, EX aggregation switches add more uplink capacity and dense 10GbE ports for the distribution and core layers. Most EX models support Virtual Chassis, which lets you manage a stack of switches as one and add ports with a refurbished member. Modular EX chassis and line cards are available for larger campus cores.

Refurbished Juniper QFX Data Center Switches

QFX switches are built for leaf and spine designs in the data center, from 10GbE leaf switches to spine switches for the fastest links in your fabric. A refurbished QFX is a cost-effective way to expand a fabric or replace a failed leaf with the same model.

Choosing the Right Juniper Switch

Juniper model names tell you most of what you need. P means PoE, T means non-PoE copper ports, and C means a compact model, so an EX2300-48P is a 48-port PoE switch. Data center models also come in two airflow versions. AFO is front-to-back and AFI is back-to-front, so match the airflow of the switches already in your rack. FAQ

What’s the difference between refurbished and used Juniper switches?
A used switch is usually sold as-is, straight out of a network. A refurbished Juniper switch has been inspected and tested before resale and comes with a 1-year warranty, so you know it works before it goes into your rack.

Can I add a refurbished switch to my existing Virtual Chassis?
Yes, as long as it’s a supported model for your stack and runs the same Junos version as the other members. Send us your current models and we’ll confirm a compatible switch.

Do refurbished Juniper PoE switches support PoE+?
Most PoE models support PoE+. Some older models only have PoE on part of their ports, so check the product listing for the port count and power budget.

Do you buy used Juniper switches?
Yes, from businesses and organizations. See how our IT buyback works, or send us a list of the Juniper switches you want to sell.
